We all have days when we feel like some TLC in the form of a whole body massage, detox and an emotional uplift, so I invented a soap that would do just that. Instead of using the synthetic beads that a lot of conventional exfoliating shower gels contain these days, I opted for what Mother Nature created. The distinctly different layers purify the skin in their own unique ways. The “coco” half starts the process, by loosening up the toxic build-up on the surface of the skin and scrubbing it away, while deeply conditioning the epidermis; the “pop” half takes over, drawing any impurities that remain thanks to the clay, while continuing to gently massage the body with the cute little black seeds that even out the skin surface. To make this soap truly toning, I added grapefruit and lemongrass essential oils that are both renowned for improving circulation, closing pores and rejuvenating the skin. The bonus part is that both the oils are fantastic for helping with headaches, depression and nervous exhaustion! This cheery soap is, and will remain, my definite go-to whenever I need a bit of a boost, particularly on those grey dull days, so I’m only too happy to share my cocopop secret with you :)

Organic extra virgin olive oil, organic extra virgin coconut oil, unrefined organic mango butter, organic castor oil, lye, lemongrass essential oil, French pink clay, poppy seeds.
